FAQ
What happens if I go over the Free limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. This usually happens after downgrading from Pro: your oldest alerts and wallets, up to the Free plan's cap (3 alerts, 1 wallet), keep working as normal. Anything past that is paused, not lost — it reactivates the moment you upgrade again. Trying to add a new alert, wallet, or watchlist coin past the limit is blocked with a prompt to upgrade, rather than failing silently.
Can I cancel Pro any time?
Yes. Use Manage subscription in the app or on this page. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Payments are non-refundable, including the unused part of a period.
Is my payment information safe?
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
